Gpedit.msc missing!

Ok i tried to run gpedit.msc via run searched it but its not there. What shall I do?

You'll need either Windows 7 Professional, Ultimate or Enterprise editions. It's not available in HP, which I assume you have. Why is it so hard to provide full information?
