PSU -> Corsair CX 430v2
with 28 Amp on 12v line

Some cards on my list are

Sapphire 7850 2gb
MSI 660 2GB

Can they run on this PSU?

You have an unlocked CPU and a motherboard which does not support overclocking? Will you be upgrading soon?

Try this PSU calculator
using this you can calculate the amount of power needed for the card you choose

eXtreme Power Supply Calculator

or

MSI Global ? Power Supply Calculator

You Should not run GTX 660/HD 7850 (cause they consume 40W more than 6770 at max & i5 that consumes 12W more as compared to my 65W C2D + HD6770 that I run on CX430v2 )
Get atleast S12II 520W @ 4.5k
or
S12II 620W for complete future proofing

So should i put both of them into this socket or just one.
I am basically confused between this atx_12v (2x4) and eps 8 pin connector.

use the eps 8 pin connector and that atx_12v (2x4) is for compatibility with some mobos but basically they are the same thing.
