msi r6870 hawk or sapphire 6870. worth in that order.

Honestly i want to say that Never put urself into wait state . I am building PC since i5 760 + 5770 era but wait for sandy bridge + 6*** series put me in fix & today i have no PC.

Just buy what max u can buy.

N560GTX is nice card but you can get a sapphire 6870 for around its price.

1) How many fans bundled with N620 ?
2) Do I need to buy thermal paste or it comes with fan ?
3) How to clear paste and apply new one ?

^^Are you sure that N620 can be used with a Phenom II X6?

Yeah, it can be used, but it's not available in the market any more. Only place you can try looking is ebay.

N620 = Hyper212 plus + one extra fan + 2 extra heatpipes.

Not really, 620 has 6 heatpipes compared 4 of 212+. Also the density and surface area of the fins are more. But Hyper 212+ with one extra fan performs close to a N620.

Sorry and I've edited my post. I didn't actually know that it have 2 extra heat-pipes than that os Hyper 212+ . :-(

I have CM 120mm Non led fan spare (came with Haf 922)...or
should buy 2 CM Xtraflow ?
