The following is my PC Configuration,

Intel Pentium 4 Prescott 3.4 GHz
Asus P5AD2 Premium Motherboard
XFX Geforce PCX 5750 with 256 MB RAM
512 MB DDR-II RAM

I would like to know that, is it possible to monitor the status of the Geforce PCX 5750's Fan speed, and GPU temperature.

Well try the Asus SmartDoctor Software to monitor your Agp cards Fan speed and Temprature.....

No kannan there are no thermal sensors for the pcx5750 so thermal monitoring can be ruled out.
