H/W for home NAS

Hi All,

I am planning to build a Home NAS using WD Red 6Gb/s drives - need help with the following hardware.

The component should be lowest cost possible (not looking for Quality/features for non-NAS) and lowest power usage.

1) Mini-ITX MOBO with
- Integrated CPU (need low-medium end cpu)
- On-board WiFi
- PCI-e support (2 minimum)
- DDR3 support (16GB minimum)
- USB 3.0 support (2 minimum)
- HDMI OUT support

2) SATA 6GB/s PCI-e controller card (minimum 6 drive support)

3) PSU 450Watt

4) DDR3 RAM 8GB and 16GB
