OK --first thing first
etiology of hair loss may be-genetic,infection,pollution,stress,Poor nutrition,Hormonal changes or idiopathic--
use good anti dandruff shampoo don't buy clinic all clear stuff--
go for medicative shampoo--one with ketroconazole and selenium.
2nd thing you can use minoxidil--but it would show its action only after 6 months-
it basically increases the blood supply to your hair root. and it would slightly affect your sex which i think may be concern for you--
-------topical minoxidil, systemic finasteride 1 mg tablet per day
finasteride --here the side effects is that you may see hairs on unwanted areas
but hair loss aint simple problem--you would need to see a doctor before taking medicine-

^^ I have read the possitive effects of the aove medicines in combinations but the problem is that once discontinued all regrowth fallsoff

yep--the effect wont last long-if you stop the medicine--but certainly it would stop further hair fall--and why don't you try Dr batra--.

Learn to accept yourself as you are. As for dandruff it is something that won't go away in a hurry. Visit your dermatologist, you might require a mild topical steroid based shampoo or a coal tar based shampoo. These are very effective especially for the dry variety, but entail long term use - initial daily and then weekly maintainance use once a week, with a regular shampoo on other days like clinic active (not anti dandruff type).
