Halfway in pc build need help

I am currently building a PC, for the first time. Config as below
I have few cables from PSU still left over, 2 PCI-E , Optical Drive and 1 Molex Connector. How Can I make sure everything needed is connected ?

Intel i5 4570
GIGABYTE H87-HD3
Corsair Vengeance 4GB 1600MHZ
Seagate 1TB 7200RPM
Cooler Master HAF912
Asus PA248Q 24Inch
ANTEC HCG 620 PSU
I havent yet bought SSD, Graphics Card, or Optical Drive
So far I have mounted MOBO with RAM and CPU , Also HDD and connected Front panel connections.
I have five cables coming out of PSU unused ( 2X PCI-E , 1 Floppy Connector cable, 1 SATA Cable {3 sata connectors on it} , 1 MOLEX connector as per antec manual. No Idea what it is ?

PSUs have extra connectors, not exactly how much you need. If the PC turns on, it's all good.

That helped a lot. PC is turned ON now. When trying to copy install win7 from USB using the tool, i'm getting error " successful copying files but Cannot make usb Bootable"

is the usb fat32 oR SOMETHING DIFFERENT?
