I have some queies in my mind, I wish to get answer from the members of the forum.

1. Is it possible to connect two drives (HDD + DVD drive or HDD+HDD) in single SATA port like IDE connector ?

2. What is the basic difference between SATA and SATA-II. Is there any compatiable issue with mother board ?

3. Which is better choice regarding LCD Moinitor(19") between "Wide Screen" and "NORMAL/Standard Screen" for Multimeida home PC ?

4. Among 19" LCD Monitor which make and model best for Multimedia PC below 10K ?

Thanks in advance.

Nope.thats why you have four or more sata connectors on current mb

2. What is the basic difference between SATA and SATA-II. Is there any compatiable issue with mother board ?
i dont think so..if you use sata 2 on a mb not supporting sata2 which is faster..then it will run in sata speed

3. Which is better choice regarding LCD Moinitor(19") between "Wide Screen" and "NORMAL/Standard Screen" for Multimeida home PC ?
wide screen is better for multimedia home pc

4. Among 19" LCD Monitor which make and model best for Multimedia PC below 10K ?

below 10k maybe AOC-917VW 19" LCD 8701/-

I think we may be able to use more SATA using one port, would just need a right cable. or multiplexing device.
