Looking for a LED Monitor - Full HD - with HDMI port. Open for size options but definitely above then 20 inches.
Brands looking - LG, Samsung, Benq, Acer, AOC and Dell some models (No to HP and viewsonic etc.)
Budget max 12k.

Any recommendations guys. Any first hand reviews with Benq LED monitors..

Get BenQ GW2250HM 22" Full HD display around 8.7K (BENQ GW2250HM LED Monitor).

Unlike other Monitors at this price point which are based on TN panel which offers lower picture quality and poor viewing angle, this one comes with VA panel used in commercial LED Televisions. It also comes with all the input ports, DVI-D, VGA and HDMI and also comes with inbuilt speakers. Also reviews are very much favorable to this monitor. Here is one for you: BenQ GW2250HM review - Monitor - Trusted Reviews

BTW, another option is Dell S2240L @ 9.1K which is based on IPS panel. For response time, anything equal or lower than 8ms is okay and most of today's monitor come with that. GTG means Gray to Gray.
