Don't go for an Indian VPS, honestly.
Net4.in may offer what you need.

I need windows vps or windows rdp...
if u know some sites..tell me...

No one provides unlimited bandwidth. What's your budget?

They do, its not un'limited' but un'metered'

Be realistic mate, those prices won't fetch you a VPS.
If you still wish to hunt for 1, here are a few 'Indian' VPS providers
VPS Hosting India, Cheap VPS Hosting, Virtuozzo Free cPanel VPS - UnicHost
India Web Hosting, VPS, Virtual Private Server, Windows/Linux vps hosting

I use these guys - Hawk Host - VPS Hosting
Look at their coupon - Hawk Host - Specials

Thnax man...but they provide limited bandwidth...

^ Why you talk in bold and use ellipsis as full-stops?
