Frendz i want to build a pc with CPU i3 8100. Suggest me best future proof motherboard, Ram, Smps, Cabinet

I am confused in motherboard?
H310m or B360

Which motherboard is best so in future i can upgrade to i5 or i7 8th gen easily...

I Already have Wd Green SSD 240gb in my old pentium D sata 2

By the time you want to upgrade to 8th gen i5/i7, there will be better options at lower price. Fill the questionnaire. :)
