help for firewall!!!

I TRY TO HOST MY WEB SITE FROM MY PC BUT WHEN I RUN A SELF TEST IN SERVER ON PC IT SAYS MY PC IS BEHIND A FIREWALL OR ROUTER.WHEN I DOWNLOAD THIS SOFTWARE FROM WWW.PORTFORWARD.COM.AND IOPEN IT SAYS ACTIVEX CANNOT START THE SOURCE OBJECT.
PLS HELP ME!!!
i had disabled my firewall but still it doesnt work out.

First the site is www.portforward.com
and it is not a software,it contains guidelines.

PS: Don't type the entire message in capital alphabets.

sorry friend i typd it vfast from www.portforward.com.i downloaded this SW called PFCONFIG but i get that error.

Try downloading it again

man i downloaded 2 times but it doesnt seem to work
