Processor : amd phenom X3 8450 or X4 (based on availability)
Graphics : nvidia 8500gt 512MB
Motherboard : MSI K9N SLI-F V2
Monitor : Samsung 632 NW
RAM : Transcend 2GB

Please help me out in deciding.
Also is motherboard good enough. I am buying for gaming purpose.

hmmm...
actually been a fan of AMD so didnt consider the intel option seriously. i guess no harm in purchasing intel as the reviews are very good.
