Help me buying new monitor. Under 5K. LED

Guys, my current "Intex TFT LCD monitor black'd out yesterday. While I was watching a movie. From left to right screen went black.

So am in for a monitor change.

Suggest me a LED monitor under 5K. Which is HD and with good viewing angle. Wall mount option also.

I've came across LG E1642C monitor. But friends are saying LG is not good. Go for samsung or Acer or Dell.

Under 5K.
