Help me finding Mother Board for my PC.

My PC has the following configurations
Motherboard : Asus P5PEVM
HDD : 160 GB
Ram : 1500 MB
Processor : Intel(R) CPU 2140 @ 1.60GHz

I want to buy a motherboard for my PC that is Windows 7 ready , Provides aero support and makes my PC work perfectly with Adobe Programs like Flash Illustrator e.t.c
I am buying WD 500GB HDD anyways

reason for changing the mobo??

Budget 3000 rs
The mobo lags and is does not support new OSs

And Aero also a number of softwares lag
