Can any one suggest me a good TV Tuner Card.My Config is

Seagate 80GB - SATA 7200r Hard Disk
Samsung 17" Black Monitor
Sony DVD Writer 16x, Dual Layer, 8.5GB
Sony Floppy Drive
Logitech Mouse - Optical PS2 - Black
Logitech KeyBoard - Multimedia PS2 - Black
ATX Cabinet/ 400W SMPS

Pls Also Let me Know if i Can recod TV Content using this card.
Budget is aroung 1500k.

Compro Videomate for price less than 2000/-
