I need to wipe my computer and reinstall XP with the license key. But I can't find a copy of XP Professional x86 or x64.
Where I can get the iso from?

Internet ? Search in Torrent for MSDN or Technet ISO of the type of key you have, for eg. Retail or OEM version :)

Download it from torrent. make sure it is untouched. read the comments before downloading.
