My dealer got MSI K8N Neo4 SLI-FI....is there a motherboard like that?

I searched and found one MSI K8N SLI-FI

Is MSI K8N Neo4 SLI-FI and MSI K8N SLI-FI the same ?

does MSI K8N SLI-FI and MSI K8N Neo4 PLATINUM/SLI got same features ?

those boards really cost a thud

the audio stuff is quite cheap
and the 7.1 support onboard is preferable !!!
