Can anyone suggest the best config for CPU+Motherboard under 9000 ruppes??

core i3 2100 @ 6.7k and Asus P8H61-M LX3 @ 3k - it may a be a little over your budget but worth the extra cost.

Best config ~9K.
APU config can be made @9K, but quality will be inferior.

but if Op is not going to buy a discrete gfx card then an APU config might be what he is looking for ;-)

A6 3650+Asus F1A55-M LX Plus is the best combo for his budget then.
