Which OS so u use????

Try to upgrade to latest 915 drivers.

See if the system gets overheated.

Try to re-install the games.

Check the voltages.

Well, all I can suggest is try reinstalling the game because you haven't given any details about your system's config.

Tell me your system config and OS.

Problem may be with the graphics card as well.

Do you get any error messages just before or just after the system reboots? Or a BSOD? If yes, then please post the details. I do think it might be due to overheating. Check all the fans and your power supply. Get hold of temperature monitoring software to check if your system is running hotter than it should.
