Help ! Strange Program "1.exe"

i have found a File named 1.exe on my computer , every time i double click , Error Pops up telling Runtime Liberary missing , Help . my computer is slow because of that file .

i m uploading so that some users may diagnostic it

May be a virus/trojan/spyware/adware/ whatever. Scan system.

Ya it may be a trojan. Where was its location? Delete it.

did you run a scan now, cuz if it is a trojan, there might still be more!
