I have recently suffered chip coming-off from mother board, on two entry level Dell Inspirons.
It costs 750 per re-balling (re-bonding) , that never lasted reliably for more than 2 months.
The technicians said its quite common an issue, so suggested to go for Graphics on-die processors.
I would appreciate any opinions on this issue !
[a]which of the current processor lines are graphics integrated ?
Is this related to Graphics card chip only ? which of the other chips get heated that much ?
