Hi everyone, I purchased a hitachi 1.5 ton AC on the 15th of April, with the product being delivered on the 18th (service request for installation raised on the same day). After that, I have called the customer care number (35324848) 3-4 times. Everytime some very apologetic personnel assured me about sending a strong reminder to the service technician but to no avail! I think it would be a good idea to escalate this to the senior management. Could somebody help me get the email id of someone from the hitachi senior management? and to the those who are eager to buy hitachi appliances - please beware!
