Hobbies for the Summer

I wanna do something constructive this summer.
I just passed +1. And +1 non med was NOT GOOD AT ALL.
The only thing I did last year was sit at home watch television.
The Result?
1. Low Grades
2. Crap Social Life
3. Gained weight
4. Achieved nothing at all.
Ive decided I would study hard this year and I do ONLY 3 things a day.
1. Study
2. Work Out in the Gym
3. Do something constructive.
Now the only thing Ive shortlisted is Android App Developing.
Any other suggestion?

Just so you know:I know nothing at all about developing. Well, other than HTML Basics.

Learn Photoshop

Learn to play a musical instrument, such as a guitar. It's a good pastime and you'll be able to score brownie points with the female species in your educational institution by the time you reach college.

I know the basics (School, class 9)
But Im not really interested in that.
I guess I could make comics!
Ive always wanted to do it.And I remember I made Pokemon comics when I was a kid. I was great at artwork.

Now all I need is an expensive Wacom pen tablet :unsure:

I tried guitar in 8th. Not quite interested. Actually I always wanted to be a rapper till last year, Im not boasting and all but, I could write some pretty neat bars, but I couldnt sing(Lack of practice)
So Im kinda waiting till I get admin. in a good college and THEN start working on that.

I suggest you get an wacom Bambo one, or bamboo fun since your just a begginer

I wonder if I could get that at a cheaper price from there. I could also check out the Duty Free stores in Heathrow airport.

I remember coming accros corel Painter with wacom for about 350$

@theletterD why not do something different. You can do car designing or sketching. As you might buy a wacom tablet, you can draw cars and with it you can learn Photoshop too. I am doing this, and its real fun!

I say that every year..

Learn some basic animation, maybe start with stick animations. You really don't need a wacom tablet.

you have just passed +1 and you are now in +2, isn't?? Then just study dude, if you get admission in any of IITs, NITs (if you are going to engineering stream) you will have plenty of time available for all other stuff, believe me.

Get a gym mership man.

Do you have a digital camera? Taking photos and playing with special effects programs can be great fun. You will be amazed at all the things there are close to home to photograph...trees, kids, birds, etc. Hope you find something you really like and whatever it is, have fun! Have a great summer.

Yeah, swimming is fun and a real skill that will save you some day.

When I was a student, I used to open up every electronic goodies at home to know how they works.

Aniwz, I am lazy enough to go to gym. Suggest some remedies. Joined gym long time before but never gone.

Go for swimming. If you don't know how to swim, 1 month is enough to learn and beat the heat. Buy a Guitar also and after swimming play Guitar. Enjoy !!

You can make your vacation memorable by playing games, chatting on online, hanging out with friends, watching movies with friends, and plan to go for side seeing places and learn driving and go to swimming by doing those you can make your holidays memorable.
