How 2 run Live update file that I downloaded

I downloaded the Live update file from

as suggested by theraven in 1 of my posts using Flashget. But I can't open that file, it asks 4 the prgram from which I want 2 open it.

Well as far as these files r concerned they r of greater size as compared 2 lie update files nt it not possible 4 me 2 download these big files every 3/4 days on my dial-up..

Man Its Just 8.43Mb I suppose Just Try Using Dap Or Other Download Managers.....They will Surely Do The Job a Lil Faster for ya.....Btw My Friend Downloads The Same Update Files (On His Dial Up Modem) at The Speed of 2 Kb/Sec....Anyways These Are complete Updater Files and are hence Are larger In size......
