CAN anyone tell me during chatting and also during voice chatting how much downloading and uploading is taking place... (approx)...

IS there any free software with which i can find how much downloading and uploading as been done????

To answer your doubts .

I have never actually measured but I feel that plain simple chatting using the keyboard the usuage should be nominal .However voice based chatting might consume a bit more.

Regarding the other part ,

Netmeter is a free software or else you can use
Dumeter( paid ) . Try Google for their links.
