How reliable is Serve Pro warranty thing ?

I'm seeing on ebay that dealers are selling imported products like cellphones and stating Serve Pro warranty which includes both software and hardware thing. Like for this item :Samsung galaxy Nexus*www.ebay.in/itm/Samsung-Galaxy-Google-Nexus-I9250-ANDROID-4-0-ICS-ICE-CREAM-SANDWICH-16GB-MOBILE-/170812939508?pt=IN_Mobile_Phones&hash=item27c53e9cf4

So just wanted to know how real, reliable and proper is this thing ? Or is it another hoax or scam ?
