How to align these in Ms-Word

Hi

How to align these numbers in ms-word? I just can't get them to be aligned without creating a table

Are you using Tabs to create the blank spaces or space bar? If you use tabs, they should be aligned I think...

Keep the ALT Key Pressed then drag/select the middle columns only. so it will select all the numbers then COPY
open Notepad then paste the numbers you just copied. now in notepad press CTRL + H for replace box to appear.
in replace box type space just hit the space-bar one time then click Replace All now paste those numbers back to word.
