How to block Service provider info while in roaming ?

Let me clearify first...

I form Gujarat Suppose i want to visit Maharashtra.
while i am in Maharashtra someone calls me from gujarat, i dont pick up the call, and then my service provider tell the caller that " the person you are trying to call is not picking up your call " in MARATHI languae..

So the person determines that i am in Maharashtra...

So my query is how to block this service provider auto audio ?

Again...

while we are in roaming Service provider gives audio information in state language..
How to stop state language?
So the caller can not find out my location...
