how to bypass firewalls and restrictions ??

hi frenz....
my network administrator has limited the internet downloads to file size of less than 10 mb. I m unable to download bigger files.
can anyone plzzz suggest how to bypass these restrictions..

I don't think such kind of stuff is allowed in this forum. Admins/mods might confirm...

Eddie's right. This is not allowed as per the rules of the forum. So, locking up. Ask your administrator for help.
