How to bypass torrent restrictions

The internet speed in our college hostel is great, but the network admin has put some restriction that doesn't allow torrenting in the network.
Can anyone tell me how do I bypass these restrictions? (VPNs DON'T WORK)

Tough luck then.

1. Make a group of friends willing to spend & collect some money
2. Buy a seedbox slot with SFTP or resumable http/s download links, get the stuff downloaded there
3. Download them via SFTP using college connection
4. All 3 dont work ? Use mobile connections..they are cheap now
5. Pay for Netflix/Prime video ?

P.S : The above suggestion is only a technical solution, this being a technical discussion forum I provided the appropriate answer.
Bittorrent is a good protocol. Do not misuse it for downloading anything illegal.

While I would love to provide workable solutions, but honestly there's a reason why your network admins put these measures in place. If every random guy gets an easy pass, then it would be shame.
