The only way you can do this is to proxy your ip. The good services which offer real time ip proxy charge, so for free stuff if you want to pay thats up to you. And no the free ones will not cuit it.

use any free proxy services available google it.
Try hidemyass.com. There are many other free proxies, Google for it.
No amount of ip hiding is going to help him since he already mentioned he doesn't have US based credit card.So i think we can stop suggesting him then.
