I have a sony ericcsson z550i that is bluetooth enabled and my laptop is Dell Inspiron B130 that does not have bluetooth in it. How do I get to transfer the files across these? Which other accessory device do I need to buy to enable bluetooth in my laptop?

I believe that usb data cable is more costly than bluetooth dongle. Besides, the dongle on laptop can be used to communicate with any bluetooth device. Is this perception right?

Bluetooth:
+Wireless connectivity including internet surfying from mobile to lappy.
+Exchange of data between all bluetooth devices.
-Data transfer speed low, hence time taking.
Data Cable:
+Fast Data transfer between Lappy and mobile.
+Browse Phone memory and external memory in good speed.
-Connectivity only between mobile and PC
-Use of cable makes the process messy.
