u can try out the Daemon Tools were u can virtually mount the files and then run it.

Hey friend you can create a bootable cd by Nero Burning ROM not Nero Express. Go to help in Nero Burning ROM.
In Nero
Select Bootable Data Disk
Select Bootable Data Disk

^^ ya thats a important question.. if you want to make a bootable cd to boot the computer then its a different approach and to make a autorun cd its different. so state your requirement...

firstly you should try Nero ,,,and if it does not works for you than you can try someother softwares like ultraISO
