hi guys, in my hospital they have a bsnl net connection.... they have done something that when i try to access some software sites it shows IWSS enabled and restricts the access to this url.....
when i try to download a file from the general free site also (even yahoo messenger) it wont allow me to download...... it shows some 403 error.... forbidden.
why is it like this??? how to overcome this restriction???
how can i succeed in downloading a file with this kind of setup???
i searched the net for a solution.... but couldnt find a best solution for it.... please help me i wanna download study material from rapidshare.com.....
