Hey fren,
I am new to the post.
How can I download a webpage in the pc through which I can open each and every link of that current page by staying offline?

There are a lot of offline webpage downloaders available. for eg *www.httrack.com/ is one such. Give the starting page link on this and it will download the rest.

If you are using Linux then you can use this command to download the entire web page -->

wget -r *www.yourwebsite.com
