how to enable windows script host ?

when i tried to install CounterSpy, it said

windows script host is disabled on this machine.
contact system administrator.

so how do i enable this script ? i use winxp/sp2.

hey, where r the experts ?! :wink:

anyways, i found that u can "enable' it again with xp-antispy or xpy.
