Try using Unlocker to delete it.
what kind of error does it display when u try to delete it??u can't delete,coz the program might be running in backgroud.Also try dos mode,by using win98 boot disk.
unlocker program worked lik charmed.........reps added to brat......and thks to phat for replying here.........
