Hi, yesterday i went to ruchi infotech andheri office for RMAing my other i7-8700. due to some problem during details registration time there was invalid field error so i wrote my details in paper and engineer told me to call today. when i called they said intel office is closed on saturday and they will process on monday.
as details registration failed yesterday as proof all i have is hand written cpu model name and serial number on blank paper with engineer sign and stamp (no challan number) . now i'm not getting good feeling, anyone have experience ruchi infotech ? are they good ? i don't how many days it takes to get new processor, just want to be sure i'm getting new one.
edit: about title, sorry for that. i don't know what happened and i can't edit title now.
