HP Probook - Please help decide

Hi,

I'm confused with two laptops:
HP 4540s ProBook (3rd Gen Ci5/8GB/ 500GB/ DOS): Flipkart.com: Compare, Review HP Notebook

Can you kindly guide which one is better?
How does the chipset difference make a difference?

Or should I go for any other laptop in the same price range? Please suggest. I want similar configuration as of the probook 4540s
