I got a mail from ebay like saying: "You are the winning buyer" what does that mean ???

i paid to seller for digicam. And after 4hr i got a mail like this:: Now what does that mean??? can anybody clarify? I've already got confirmation mail by ebay for payment. then why this separate mail i received ?
