i gave the suggestion of N78 as it is near 12k bracket and he needs some symbian.. and everybody can live without touch screen.. he does not said in bold that he needs touch screen..

tell me ur requirements & budget ??

I would like to have a Smart phone with a decent camera(3.2 will do wit flash). I dont use mobile to listen songs. Must have Wi-Fi. Any brand will do. Budget will be around 15 to 20k.

I had similar specification two months ago..and i ended up with N78..not a touch screen but good phone. A touch screen for 12k works a bit tinny. But if u r okay with a LG phone cookie is quite nice..just check for its price in India; I think its beyond your budget.
If you are desperate for a touch screen, i recommend to increase ur budget. And if you can't, then go for Moto rokr E6..best phone at 12k.

N78 is gr8 phone

Just confirmed a few days ago.

It's sleek & has 3.2 MP camera.

if you are good to go for PDAs then check HTC Touch phones which have Windows 6 OS

motorola E6 is good, do not consider A1200 or A810 if you want good touch screen phones
