5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: I have a 1.5 TB hard-drive. I want an SSD for the OS.

Ans: Yes, 21/21.5 inches at 1920x1080p

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: Speakers, HDD.

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: next week

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Assembler

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Chennai, locally.

3rd GEN I5s are also selling for around or just more than 2nd GEN I5s .

So it is better to buy the third GEN .

Price of Processor + motherboard are outdated, VX550 isn't available anymore.
Price of SSD is outdated, actully it is ~4K

I want a 3rd gen intel i7 :|

Won't be possible to get a config within 60K unless one pair a bad motherboard, desi PSU, bad chassis and low end graphics card with that.

I think it would be better for you to buy FX-8120/8150 based config at your budget. Would be bang for bucks spent.

Na, I read some articles lately after I bought my FX-4100, that the FX series hasn't lived up to the expectations and is nowhere close to i5 also. I'd suggest i5 2500k or i7 2600.

Moreover, games these days don't use 4 cores also, thus, ruling out FX series. Check this out:www.hardwaresecrets.com/article/Core-i7-3770K-vs-AMD-FX-8150-and-Core-i7-2600K-CPU-Review/1537

FX-8120/8150 when comapred to 2500K, performs similar or in better way.
Yes, FX-4100, worst possible BD processor.

Bolder part: wrong. They can use max 4 cores. And as per your point, there is no need of i7s as they have 4 HT cores performing as 8 cores.

Oh, ok.
2600K is worth of max 16K IMO, not anything more than that.
