incoming mail in outlook express

i use win xp sp2.

few days i am facing a peculiar problem with outlook.

when i click send\receive in outlook,every time same mails are down loaded.after down load i delete those mails. again next time same mails come.well this mails are genuine only. only that every time same mails keep comimng, i.e the ail downloading is not getting over. i had to close outlook for stopping it.

can anyone help?

Go to Tools > Accounts. Select your mail accounts on which these mails are coming. Click on Properties. Go to Advanced. There see to it that the box marked "Leave a copy of message on server" is not ticked.
