I wonder why is laptop is the first piority?. India is suffering from water and power crisis. What is the point of having a laptop?. This government has become a laughing stock in front of developed nation. I also wonder if this something got to with election.

their mission is $100 lappy, not $10 , and see their website that their laptop may lacks HDD, so what will be the configuration of indian laptop??

This is the same India which talked about giving free 8MBPS broadband till 2009.
These things are ridiculus, they cant do the impossible (Adidas says impossible is nothing, let them have a look at these news)

I read all the time that the lightest linux uses 8MB ram and Pentium1 (I dont know lower model number). I think Arjun Singh will make the kids use this kinda thing.

well ithink arjun singh is talkin bout lappy with not OS installed on hdd but on a ROM ship like a firmware with just a cui n 1mhz proccy with 8kb of ram , i think he's gone back to the Unix era

even my scientific calculator would beat that(cost rs 300)
