Instagram network error and feed refresh problem
Can you should elaborate what specifically is the issue you are facing?
1. I used Instagram on MIUI 9 and 10.
After some time it started showing error "couldn't refresh the feed"
2. I tried switching to WiFi but no result.
3. I tried clearing cache no result.
4. Cleared data no result, reinstalled app nothing.
"Couldn't login, network error" in this case.
5. Now I installed custom ROM it worked few days then again "couldn't refresh feed"
6. Tried VPN also
7. Working on computer and other devices on same WiFi and Jio network.

Problem solved..
I use AdAway app, and added some host sources which were blocking access to Instagram, also some porn sites.
Now I restored back to original host sources.
All sites are now accessible.
