Most of the quoted prices are far higher than current market price.
Currently Intel i5 2400 is available @ 9.3K and Intel DH67VR-B3 is available @ 4.5K. So the combo is around 14K. Similarly Kingston/Corsair 4 GB 1333 MHz DDR3 value Rams are available @ 1.3K.
Price of HD 6770 from MSI is just 6.6K. 500 GB Seagate HDD is available @ 1.9K.

However, in 35K it is very difficult to build a fully featured Intel based Gaming PC. Still you can opt for the following components:-

Intel Core i5 2400 @ 9.3K
Intel DH67VR-B3 @ 4.5K
Corsair 4 GB 1333 MHz DDR3 value Ram @ 1.3K
FSP SAGA II 500W PSU @ 2.2K
NZXT Gamma Cabinet @ 2K
MSI HD 6770 1 GB GDDR5 @ 6.5K
Seagate 500 GB 7200.12 SATA HDD @ 1.9K
Dell 2030M @ 6K/Acer P206HV @ 5.15K
Altec Lancing BXR1221 @ 1K
Logitech MK100 @ 0.5K

Total is coming as 34.35K. For latest and updated prices, check the following websites:-

^^ No need of going with 2500 as his budget is main constraint.

i5-2500 is not recommended at all. Its just 200MHz faster than the i5-2400 and costs ~1k more. So, why spend 1k more for just 200MHz.

That's why people should consider only 2500K. It is factory unlocked, so worth it.
