I just finalised two laptops
Compaq Presario V3424AU
Compaq Presario V6406TU

specifications of Compaq Presario V3424AU
Processor type
AMD Turion™64 Processor MK-38 (2.2 GHz)
• 2.2 GHz, 512 KB Level 2 cache

the Compaq Presario V6406TU Notebook:
# Microprocessor: Intel Celeron-M 520 (EM64T)
Mobile Power Management
533 MHz Front-side Bus Speed
# Cache Memory: 1 MB Integrated L2 advanced transfer cache

Which one processor is good of these two AMD and INTEL?
or Rather which Laptop should i go for?

The turion processor comes in Compaq Presario V3424AU which has Vista installed. But i don't want vista,i want XP or may be free dos.
So what shuld i do? Should I format it after buying and then install XP?

Compaq Presario V3424AU offers NVIDIA® GeForce™ Go 6150 Video adapter

While Compaq Presario V6406TU offers Intel Graphics Media Accelerator (GMA) 950

So which one is better?
