What, what more do u expect for 12k?????

And 975 based, seriously don't even think about it, stay for the P35 only. However, if u're gonna buy, nothing less than a P43 at this time.

Intel E7200 - 5.5k
MSI P45 Neo F - 6k/MSI P35 Neo F - 4.9k

This one fits if u have a discrete gfx card dude...

If u dont have a discrete card, then go for a Mobo with onboard like ASUS P5Q VM(I think so...)

For onboard, wait for the Nvidia's 710i and 730i line up, which features 9300GS and 9400GT! inboard respectively..
