Please tell your problem in detail.

You mean to say starting Internet Explorer without logging into Windows! :shock:

YOur question puzzles me ...you mean that to launch internet explorer in dos mode? or what????

Or do you mean Offline Browsing (without logging into/creating internet connection)? That should be available by default...
